Service order

WOW Content Production Ltd. reserves the right to refuse certain orders without giving any reason, e.g. due to a conflict of interest. In this case, the customer has no right of complaint or legal recourse.

In the absence of a separate contract, the legal relationship for ordering the Service is established by the electronic acceptance by the Customer of the written quotation sent by the Service Provider, which constitutes a contractual relationship in accordance with the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions.

End user contract

Following the contact, the Service Provider shall notify the Customer by electronic means (e-mail) that it has accepted the contact request.

The Service Provider will then send the Customer an electronic (e-mail) quotation containing the essential elements of the service and the price. The Customer may declare his acceptance of the offer by electronic means (e-mail reply). The Customer may decide to accept the quotation at his discretion.

The contract is concluded upon acceptance by the Customer of the individual offer sent by the Service Provider. The parties expressly stipulate that, in the absence of a separately documented contract of engagement between the parties, the quotation and its written acceptance (e.g. by e-mail) shall constitute a private document with full probative force pursuant to Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (Civil Code), which shall create a contractual relationship between the parties.

The Customer acknowledges and accepts that the contract concluded in this way constitutes a full contract of engagement, of which these General Terms and Conditions form an integral part. The parties recognise the electronic correspondence exchanged during the offer and acceptance as evidence of the content and terms of the legal relationship.

Under the contract, the Service Provider is entitled to invoice the service fee in part as an advance. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the amount of the advance payment shall be 50% of the total price of the service, for which the Service Provider shall issue an advance invoice. The advance invoice shall be sent to the Customer by post or electronically within 1-2 working days of the conclusion of the contract (acceptance of the offer), with a payment deadline of 8 working days.

For the remaining 50% service fee, the Service Provider will issue a final invoice after completion, which will also be delivered to the Customer within 1-2 working days, also with a payment deadline of 8 working days.

On the basis of an agreement between the parties, it is possible to apply individual, different payment schemes (e.g. payment by instalments, lump sum, cash or bank transfer), but these are only valid in writing (including by e-mail) and with the prior approval of the Service Provider.

The parties stipulate that they may deviate from these General Terms and Conditions in an individual agreement (e.g. in an offer accepted by e-mail). In such a case, the provisions of the individual offer shall prevail over the provisions of the GTC.

Guarantees and promotions

WOW Content Production Ltd. reserves the right to offer discounts or other promotions or discounts on the services it provides from time to time.

Discounts cannot be combined with other discounts and are not retroactive.

The customer acknowledges that in the event of any future promotions of the service ordered by him, he shall not be entitled to any compensation, other benefits or discounts.

The customer orders the service under the current conditions.

WOW Content Production Ltd. reserves the right to provide products or services as gifts to its customers in certain cases. Clients and customers may not make a complaint, claim or request a refund if they receive a service as a gift that they have already purchased.

Gifts cannot be exchanged for money.

Final provisions

The parties to this contract confirm that, after having read and interpreted the present contract, they accept it as being in full agreement with their will and acknowledge that they are bound by it.
